A Trustworthy Company

This summer we noticed that the roof on our Canadian Lakes summer home was literally falling off and on to our patio. We thought, “This can’t be good, it’s only ten years old”, so we called area roofing companies to come to come out to give us their opinion and cost estimates. We weren’t happy with the pricing or the companies.

Then we found your company online and decided to give you a shot.

You came out and determined our roof was damaged due to a defective product and recommended a complete tear-off and replacement as soon as possible to avoid further damage to our home. Even though we weren’t able to come up to our summer home for a month, we sent you a deposit and, in our absence, your crew completely tore off our roof, replaced the damaged wood, and installed new shingles. When we came up to see our new roof, we were so happy. You guys were GREAT!

We also want to thank you for helping us select the color of the shingles, and for keeping our yard cleaned up, and also for taking photos of your work and keeping us posted on the progress. We are using those photos and the samples you saved for us to file a claim against the manufacturer of the defective shingles.
