…Brad and I just wanted to thank you and your crew (Dave, Erick, and Jeff) for the outstanding job re-roofing our flat roof with a new Dura-Last roof. As you know we contacted several companies and hands down you stood out from the others. From the very beginning, you replied promptly to our request for an estimate (which was free of charge). You arrived on time and after assessing our roof, you walked us through your assessment (included photos of our roof) and provided us with our options along with your recommendations. You continued to keep us well informed throughout the entire project and included photos along the way. When the weather outlook changed and rain was expected, you and your crew stepped up and worked through the weekend to ensure that our roof was in place and protecting us against the heavy rain that was predicted. Well, the rain came, and so did some powerful wind gusts, but we were nice and dry! We also want to thank you for going the extra mile and recommending and installing the downspouts from the upper roof to extending the drainage pipe to the lower roof gutter. Now water from the upper roof is no longer pooling on the lower roof. In addition, you offered us the best warranty.
